When we heard about the story,

Then we recommended that the whole iPhone exchange is the best.

we got an agreement and proceeded with the repair. Unfortunately we found that the Face ID parts were broken. As this part is linked to one for security reasons, it will not be cured even if it is replaced with a new one. so we have no choice but to use it as it is.
If the Face ID suddenly goes wrong, the inside may be wet. Please take care.
